15 Jan Stoke Newington Drum Lessons Available – Welcome Az Khan!

A huge welcome to Stoke Newington-based Az Khan to the roster of drum teachers in the North London Drums hub! Az is now providing drum lessons both in Stoke Newington and the surrounding areas. He will also be covering areas more towards the east of London, including Dalston, Cannonbury and further afield. (So do still contact us if you’re interested in drum lessons even if you’re based slightly out of the area or more towards East London!)

Az is really well-qualified. He holds a BMus (Hons) from London College of Music after having previously won a scholarship to study at Drumtech. He’s DBS checked and has a flawless pass rate for students he has tutored through drum kit exams. As well as being experienced in tutoring students through both the Rockschool and Trinity exam boards, he often tutors students through their GCSE preparation too. Az is also well-versed in general musicianship and music theory too. He is experienced in teaching students drum kit both privately and in schools across the London area.

During his time away from teaching, Az loves to study jazz . He plays live in some of London’s best known venues, and further afield too. He’s also a multi-instrumentalist, playing both guitar and piano.
