Areas covered include Crouch End, Harringey, Hornsey, Muswell Hill, Highgate, Alexandra Palace & surrounding areas.

Over the past ten years, Jack Nicholson has firmly established himself as one of the most in-demand drum tutors in the country.

Raised in Yorkshire, Jack began learning piano at the age of eight before becoming attached to the drum kit whilst studying under Jonathan Marriott at school. At eighteen, Jack departed from playing in groups and local competitions to form a drum school based in Halifax.

Many of Jack’s students in Yorkshire went on to become fully fledged recording and touring musicians, winning both national and international competitions and passing graded exams at the highest level of certification.

Jack moved to London in 2014 and launched North London Drums, becoming one of the leading providers of personalised drum tuition in the north of the city.

Outside of lessons, Jack works as a freelance musician: writing, recording, producing and composing for a wide variety of clients and artists up and down the country. Jack can also be heard on Rod Jones’ (Idlewild) debut release ‘A Sentimental Education’, available worldwide and online.
