01 Oct Muswell Hill Drum Lessons Available – Welcome Joe Nicklin!

Hello and welcome to Muswell Hill-based drum teacher Joe Nicklin! Joe has joined the the ever growing group of drum teachers in our North London Drums hub! He is providing home visit drum lessons in Muswell Hill, along with many of the surrounding areas. If you’re based in Highgate, North Finchley, Holloway and Highbury please do get in touch as it’s likely Joe can get to you too!

Joe has so much experience, both teaching and playing. He studied at the Academy of Contemporary Music (ACM) where he received his BA (Hons) with first class honours. Along the way he has also studied with some pretty incredible players, from Steve White (Paul Weller) to Gabor Donyei (Thriller Live).

Joe also has a wealth of both live and studio experience under his belt. He’s been sharing the bill with some really great artists. It’s great to know he’s sharing insight into these experiences in his drum lessons. Acts he’s shared the stage with include Amy Winehouse, Everything Everything, Elvis Costello and The Maccabees to name but a few!

At the moment Joe is drumming for Astronomyy who he has previously played Glastonbury Festival with. He’s also recorded in studios such as Assault & Battery, Templesound, and Strongroom. Joe has been working with producers such as Dan Grech (Lana Del Rey, Kaiser Chiefs) and Catherine Marks (The Killers, Kanye West).
